Furnaces for Precision Casting Industry

Types of Furnaces Used in Precision Casting

The furnaces used in precision casting include the following products manufactured by Arvand Engineering Company:

Wax Burnout Furnace (WAX BURNOUT FURNACE)

Wax burnout furnaces are used for the final dewaxing of molds coming out of the autoclave. These furnaces are equipped with systems for controlling the oxygen level and furnace pressure to ensure effective dewaxing.

Ceramic Mold Preheating Furnace

Preheating furnaces are used to heat ceramic molds before molten metal is poured during casting. These furnaces are manufactured in two types: box-type and rotary hearth (RHF).

Ceramic Core Firing Ovens

These ovens are designed with highly precise temperature control and are equipped with trolleys for loading sensitive precision casting components.

Flash Fire Furnaces

These furnaces are used for removing wax from ceramic molds and firing the molds.

The wax is discharged at a temperature of approximately 300°C through valves installed at the bottom of the furnace.
