Tile and Ceramic Firing Furnaces

Tile and ceramic firing furnaces are manufactured in the roller-hearth (tunnel) type.

The furnace opening width can be manufactured from 60 cm up to 2 meters, and the furnace length can be built up to 60 meters, depending on the required production capacity.

These furnaces include the following thermal zones:

• Preheating
• Pre-firing 1 & 2
• Firing 1 & 2
• Fast cooling
• Cooling

The roller drive system uses helical gear drives instead of chain systems, providing smooth and stable movement of the rollers throughout the length of the furnace.
