Sanitary porcelain firing furnaces are manufactured in the following types depending on the production capacity:

• Car-bottom (wagon-type) furnace
• Tunnel furnace (car-hearth type)

These furnaces can be designed with guillotine-type doors (automatic upward lifting doors) and automatic wagon movement systems.

A design featuring two doors at both ends of the furnace and the use of two sets of wagons can increase the furnace capacity by up to 80%.

These furnaces are equipped with an automatic reduction system to achieve the best possible glaze firing quality.

In these furnaces, industrial burners installed along the side walls are used to ensure the highest possible temperature uniformity inside the chamber.
